What equipment does the studio have?
Our studio has 16 Shimpo electric wheels, 5 kilns (4 electric and 1 gas reduction), 42+ glazes, slab roller, extruder, pug mill, and all hand tools.
What type of clay do you use?
We primarily work with stoneware clay, fired to cone 6 in our electric kilns. Gas reduction firing to cone 10 is also available.
Is parking available?
Yes. Street parking and nearby lot parking are available for all students and members in downtown Omaha.
Is the studio wheelchair accessible?
Yes. Our studio is fully ADA accessible with ramp entry, accessible restrooms, and wheelchair-height work stations.
